CET SAFEHOUSE understands that problems do not always occur during the normal working day and therefore provides a range of emergency services available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

This is NOT just an answering service. A call into our Emergency Service Centre means you get to speak to a trained member of our team who can mobilise the relevant, trained and qualified tradesmen to attend to the repair or “make safe” the problem, promptly and efficiently.

CET SAFEHOUSE can also provide a bespoke out of hours service to clients, operating seamlessly as part of their organisation. Acting as the 1st point of contact outside of normal office hours we can provide vital information and assistance in the event of an emergency or we simply provide a real person to log complaints and enquiries.
