Drain Survey & Mapping

CET SAFEHOUSE is often tasked with providing drainage and mapping surveys for a variety of clients. These include chartered engineers, property developers and property managers.

Following a full CCTV drain survey of the premises drainage system, a report including a representative sketch of the drainage layout is provided. These reports are clearly set out and easy to understand.

Such reports are often used by:-

• Chartered Engineers for possible association with structural movement
• Property Developers or new tenants of commercial or domestic premises
• Property Managers to scope urgent repairs or to plan future works

With more and more premises being modified often many drainage systems optimum efficiency is effected by the changes in use. Our experienced technical staff can advise on any subsequent drainage problems that are likely to be encountered, and make recommendations as to the remedial drainage solution to ensure that needless delays in a build program can also be avoided.

Often pre and post work surveys are required during many construction projects to ensure that no damage to the drainage system has occurred during a refurbishment project. Many construction, mechanical/electrical contractors and fit-out contractors have benefitted from our expertise.
