Whilst CET SAFEHOUSE provide trade professionals to repair customers’ properties, we are also able to offer a bespoke service to client’s requirements; operating as an intrinsic part of their organisation, providing assistance 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Our Service Centre is able to offer emergency tradesman deployment, message taking services, taking details of new losses on behalf of a client and also appointing Loss Adjusters on behalf of a client.
A dedicated telephone number is provided for each of our customers and all calls are answered uniquely on their behalf; we become part of our customer’s organisation!
We have a team of fully qualified insurance professionals on call who can make liability decisions on policies to determine whether the claim would be covered and are able to identify exclusions under policies and also make telephone repudiations.
Acting as their first point of contact outside of normal office hours, our tailored service gives peace of mind to our customers and, in turn, their customers.
