Through the development of our test and inspection service, CET SAFEHOUSE can provide other test data and survey information on the property or structure to provide information on the assets current condition.

Often working on behalf of prospective occupiers of commercial properties, property managers, structural engineers, asset managers, highways area maintenance contractors, we provide crucial information as to the property’s current life expectancy, it’s structural integrity and condition and highlight any hazards that may be encountered.
