To assess and monitor the stability of a structure with visible cracks or distortion, CET SAFEHOUSE provides a crack and level monitoring service. Often used by insurers, loss adjusters, property managers and Local Authorities, the timeliness and quality of the information supplied provides the key data to ensure the safety and stability of the effected structure.

To provide this information we conduct a series of data collection surveys which include:-

• Remote level monitoring

• Brick course distortion Surveys

All reports are supplied electronically. For certain data collection methods we can supply the information to our customer in real time to assist with timely decisions. This can also help the avoidance of additional mobilisation costs. The structure’s movement and stability can be recorded and alerts can be issued directly to the user or our customer should the structure’s stability become critical.

All of these surveys and investigations are available anywhere in the UK and are carried out by relevantly experienced, qualified and accredited personnel.
