We offer a nationwide service providing technical status reports on ground conditions, buildings and structures - plus remedial solutions and ongoing maintenance recommendations where required.

We aim to give the property owner, developer, builder, engineer, surveyor, facility or estate manager access to a bespoke service. This can range from a single service such as taking concrete samples from an existing structure or an integrated service offer, with complete building and site investigation including materials testing, CCTV drain survey, soil conditions, contamination, foundation information, asbestos etc.
